Project
Harwood, Cape Rise

Project Harwood is a considered Palm Springs-inspired custom home set within the Cape Rise estate in Dunsborough – one of the South West’s most sought-after residential addresses.

The brief called for a home that captures the warmth and playfulness of mid-century desert architecture while responding to its coastal WA context – open, connected to the outdoors, and built for a relaxed South West lifestyle.

Designed and constructed by Indianic Homes, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence features open-plan living, a generous indoor/outdoor entertaining zone and an additional family room – all resolved with a considered material palette and attention to how the home is experienced across the day.
